• Current wallet balance and transaction logs

3.3 Gaming & Platform Activity Data

• Performance of Contract: Processing necessary to provide the phfamous.ph gaming services you have requested — including account management, game access, payment processing, and customer support.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required for phfamous.ph to comply with KYC, anti-money laundering (AML), and gaming regulatory obligations under PAGCOR's framework and applicable Philippine laws.

phfamous.ph implements technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the personal data it processes. These measures include:

phfamous.ph retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods:

• Active Account Data: Retained for the full duration of your phfamous.ph account's active status.
• Closed Account Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, and PAGCOR's gaming regulatory obligations.
• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission or date of account closure, whichever is later.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with phfamous.ph's data retention and destruction procedures. Anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

phfamous.ph is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. The Platform does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data from any person under the age of 21.

Age verification is conducted during Account registration through KYC identity document submission. Where phfamous.ph discovers or reasonably suspects that personal data has been submitted by a person under the age of 21, the associated Account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be refunded to the originating payment source, all winnings will be voided, and any personal data collected will be deleted without undue delay in accordance with our data retention obligations.

Where you have given your consent during registration or through your Account settings, phfamous.ph may contact you with promotional information about phfamous.ph offers, bonuses, tournaments, and platform updates via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number, email to your registered address, or in-platform notifications.
