One Account Policy
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) phfamous.ph Account. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings within duplicate Accounts, and a permanent ban from the Platform. phfamous.ph uses technical and procedural measures to detect and prevent multi-accounting.
Account Verification (KYC)

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. phfamous.ph does not represent or warrant that: (a) the Platform will be continuously available and uninterrupted; (b) the Platform will be free of technical errors or defects; or (c) the results of using the Platform will meet your specific expectations or requirements. Downtime for scheduled maintenance or technical issues does not entitle you to compensation unless expressly provided otherwise by phfamous.ph in a specific maintenance notice.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of phfamous.ph, including disputes regarding game results, payments, bonuses, or Account decisions, you must first contact phfamous.ph customer support via the 24/7 live chat facility and raise a formal complaint. phfamous.ph will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
